Start up for quickbooks online
Typically, we initiate our training sessions with a start-up process, but we understand that each client's needs may vary. Whether you're just beginning or need to transfer your Quickbooks Desktop file to Quickbooks Online, we are here to provide assistance.
The setup process is straightforward, and during this phase, we will:
Ask you a series of questions to determine which Quickbooks products are best suited to your business needs.
Upload your previous Quickbooks Desktop software into your Quickbooks Online File, if required.
Sync your business's bank and/or credit card accounts to enable automatic transaction downloads.
Customize your Chart of Accounts to reflect your specific business needs.
Customize your file for reporting purposes, including setting up projects, adding classes, building custom reports, and configuring sales tax, among other things.
Once the setup process is complete, we will provide training sessions to demonstrate how to use the software and implement proper bookkeeping practices.
